For over 25 years, I’ve worked quietly with women through some of the most emotionally demanding periods of their lives - times of loss, change, uncertainty and readjustment.
They didn’t come to me for advice, coaching or solutions. They came because they needed somewhere calm and private where they could finally breathe. I offer private one-to-one online Sanctuary Sessions - gentle, unhurried time where you are listened to, supported and quietly held. During our time together, I may gently guide you through calming practices such as meditation, Reiki or other gentle techniques, always at your pace and only if it feels right for you.
This is not coaching or therapy. It is a private space where you are allowed to arrive exactly as you are. We meet privately via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or FaceTime, so you can remain in the comfort and privacy of your own home. There is nothing you need to prepare. You simply arrive as you are.

A Little About Me
For more than 25 years, I have supported women through some of the most emotionally demanding periods of their lives - times of loss, change, uncertainty and readjustment.
Not because they wanted advice or to be coached. But because they needed somewhere they could finally exhale. A space where they did not need to be strong. Where they did not need to explain everything. Where they could simply be.
Throughout my career working in a therapeutic and healing capacity, I have sat with women through grief, change, loss, reinvention and the quieter emotional shifts that often go unseen by others. My work draws on many years of professional holistic and therapeutic practice, supporting emotional and energetic wellbeing.
My background includes decades of professional therapeutic work, supporting women’s emotional and energetic wellbeing. I have witnessed how much can soften when someone feels truly safe, unhurried and accepted exactly as they are.
The Sanctuary Sessions I offer today are an extension of this work.

The Sanctuary Session
Your Private 90-Minute Online Session
Each Sanctuary Session is a private, one-to-one online experience lasting 90 minutes, held via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or FaceTime - whichever feels most comfortable for you. You simply need a quiet space and a stable internet connection. Everything else will be taken care of. Many women are surprised by how natural and deeply personal the session feels, even though it takes place online.
What to Expect
Before Your Session
Once your booking is confirmed, I'll send you gentle preparation guidance - simple, reassuring, and entirely manageable. This allows you to begin settling into the experience before we even meet, rather than arriving feeling rushed. There is nothing to prepare, study or achieve. It simply helps you arrive feeling a little more settled.
During Your Session
Your session is guided entirely by you and what feels right on the day. I draw on a wide range of supportive and energetic approaches - chosen intuitively, with care, for each individual woman. The session is unhurried, private, and deeply personal. You will feel safe, fully held, and genuinely listened to. You are welcome to speak, reflect, or simply rest quietly. You will be gently guided, but never directed.
After Your Session
You won't be left to navigate things alone afterwards. I provide warm, thoughtful follow-up support to help you carry the stillness with you. Many women find that the quiet clarity they experience continues to settle and deepen in the days that follow.
What Happens During Your Sanctuary Session
Each Sanctuary Session is gently led, but never forced.
We begin by talking. You are free to share as much or as little as you wish. Some women arrive with something very clear on their mind. Others simply know they need space, but are not yet sure why.
As the session unfolds, I may guide you through simple calming practices such as quiet breathing, gentle meditation, or other holistic approaches that help your body and mind settle. Nothing is ever imposed. You are always in control, and you are free to decline anything that does not feel comfortable for you.
Many women find themselves naturally relaxing as the session progresses, allowing emotional tension to soften and clarity to emerge. You are free to talk, reflect or simply rest quietly during the session. There is no expectation placed upon you.
This is not something that is done to you. It is something we move through together, at your pace. You do not need any experience with meditation or holistic work. You simply need to be open to allowing this time for yourself.

Booking & Practical Details

I want the process of booking to feel as calm and simple as the session itself. Below you will find everything you need, laid out clearly and without fuss.
How to Book
Session Details
Format: Private one-to-one online only
  • Platform: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or FaceTime
  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • Investment: £127 per session
  • Availability: Primarily daytime appointments, with limited evening availability. Deb works with a limited number of private clients each week to ensure every session receives full care and attention.
Payment Options
You may choose either of the following:
  • Option A: A non-refundable deposit of £27 to secure your appointment, with the remaining £100 due 48 hours before your session
  • Option B: Full payment of £127 at the time of booking
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or rearrange, I ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice. The £27 booking deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur the full session fee. I appreciate your understanding — this policy allows me to offer your appointment time to another person who may need it.
Availability
Because I work with a limited number of private clients each week, there is naturally a degree of waiting for appointments. I would encourage you not to leave it too long if you feel ready. There is no pressure - simply a gentle nudge to honour yourself.

Booking Confirmation
You'll receive a warm confirmation, along with everything you need to prepare gently for your session - letting you know your appointment is secured and that I'm looking forward to spending time with you.

A few days before your session, I'll send you gentle, simple preparation guidance. There is nothing to do or achieve — simply a few quiet suggestions to help you arrive feeling a little settled and ready to receive.

Your Session
We meet privately online for 90 minutes. Everything is guided at your pace. You are fully supported, completely private, and entirely the focus.

Follow-Up Support
After your session, I'll be in touch with warm, thoughtful follow-up. You will not be left to navigate things alone. I care about how you feel in the days that follow, not just the 90 minutes we share.
